During May 7~11, 2018, "Kind Effort Plan" Training Camp was open at the headquarters in Zhuhai, which nine assistants from Marketing Management and System Customer Departments of subsidiaries participated in. This training focuses on strategic guidance, operation thinking arrangement, work method direction and tool skill learning, including: publicity of corporate culture, rules and regulations, business etiquette, team communication and cooperation, product information and know-hows.

After 5 days' enclosed training, a closure ceremony was held on May 11. Upon end of the training camp, the participants expressed that, they will understand in mind and put into practice the corporate culture, and remember Mr. Chen's instructions and requirements at the closure ceremony and actively apply them in routine work and life.
