Guangdong Province Has Issued the “Three-in-One” Business License to over 100,000 Enterprises

        On September 1, 2015, one month ahead of the country, Guangdong Province implemented the “three-in-one, license-to-number” registration system reform thoroughly, to further deepen the administrative approval system reform and excite the market viability. Till September 30, the province had issued the “three-in-one” business license to 105,000 enterprises (farmer specialized cooperatives included), including 47,000 enterprises newly established and 57,000 old enterprises changing licenses, which stimulated the entrepreneurship and innovation effectively. Newly established enterprises accounted for more than 70%, mainly gathered in wholesale and retail trade, leasing and business services, software and information technology services, manufacturing, and scientific research and technical services.

       In January–September 2015, Guangdong Province had 1,036,000 market entities newly registered, including 452,000 enterprises. These two data increased by 5.3% and 19.7% respectively on a YOY basis. Newly established enterprises run at high levels. The registered capital of new market entities and enterprises were respectively RMB 3,170,570,000,000 and RMB 3,132,670,000,000, increasing by 51.5% and 52.4% on a YOY basis. By the end of September 2015, Guangdong Province had 7,495,000 market entities, including 2,656,000 enterprises. These two data increased by 11.2% and 18.6% compared to the end of last year. The totals of both market entities and enterprises held the nationally first place.
